Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from payment confirmation to port departure. This includes harvest (if needed), processing, quality inspection, and documentation. During peak seasons (Chinese New Year, harvest periods), processing may extend to 5-7 days.

For sea freight (most economical), we recommend minimum 1 ton (1,000kg) per product. For air freight, minimum 100kg. Sample orders (5-50kg) are available for first-time buyers to evaluate quality, shipped by air courier.

Yes, we offer both conventional and organic certified vegetables. Organic products require advance booking (7-10 days additional lead time) for certification documentation. Please specify your certification requirements (USDA Organic, EU Organic, JAS, etc.) when requesting a quote.

All shipments use temperature-controlled reefer containers (0-4°C) with data loggers recording temperature every 15 minutes. We pre-cool products to 4°C within 4 hours of harvest and maintain cold chain throughout. GPS tracking and temperature alerts allow immediate intervention if deviations occur.
