Returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be:

• Unused, unworn, or unopened
• In original packaging with tags/labels intact
• Not in non-returnable categories (below)

Non-returnable items: personalized/custom-made, hygiene products, perishables, final sale items, gift cards.

How to Return

Email us at bh_394942149@qq.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and a return address. Do not send items without approval.

Shipping Costs

• Returns due to our error (defect, wrong item): we cover return shipping.
• Returns for change of mind: customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
